DIY Wall Mural Removal

Every so often our children decide to be Picasso and cover the walls. Instead of repainting, why not try these DIY wall cleaning methods?

  • For any water-based inks, place a clean paper towel over the stain. Spray it with warm water. Place another paper towel over the wet one and gently blot the stain.
  • For stains that are not water based, spray hairspray over the area. Gently wipe the area using alcohol on a clean cloth.
  • For any other kind of stain, try applying white toothpaste to the area. Allow the toothpaste to sit for ten minutes. Gently wipe away using a clean cloth.

With all the outdoor activities, your tile grout is bound to look quite dingy. For a quick, natural and easy way to remove set in grout stains try wiping down your grout using white vinegar and a damp sponge. Immediately apply baking soda to your grout and scrub using a brush.
