He and his assistant, Cesar, called to let me know they were on their way, which I very much appreciated. They arrived very shortly after the call and introduced themselves. As Cesar was bringing in the ladder and other equipment they would need, Michael filled me in on each step they would take to clean my duct work. I mentioned that I was sensitive to smells and he used a lighter application of the solution he first applied. He continued to keep me informed as the work progressed. Both were very professional and courteous. As they finished each duct, they cleaned the surrounding area, including the floors. They were respectful of my belongings and made sure to put the furniture back in place as soon as they were finished with each area and left my home nice and tidy. My home smells fresh and clean. I will definitely use Service Express Home Experts again and have already called family and friends to tell them about the great service and value provided.

I Called Service Express and scheduled an appointment. 1 hour prior of them showing up I Received a call from their office informing me that the techs were on the way and the lady working there was so professorial and caring. Chris and Mike were the two techs that showed up. I knew that this company was professional because as soon as they came in my house they put on boot covers they also placed corner guards to protect the wall paint from their vacuum hose. They went up to my attic and inspected my units it took about 20 minutes. They were so honest because one of my units had no problems but the other unit had some leaks and mildew. They sanitized that unit sealed the leaks and cleaned all my ducts. Now my house feels fresh and new. I will pay money to keep my family’s health good. Service Express Home Experts called me an hour after my purchase of the big deal from Angie’s List, and we set up an appointment right away. The caller was very courteous. The technician came and inspected my air ducts. It took him about 15 to 20 minutes to perform the inspection and inform me that the service was unnecessary. I had a contractor come prior to this and he suggested the air duct cleaning. The technician from Service Express Home Experts was very professional, showed me the air ducts, and explained why the service was unneeded for another couple years. I really appreciated their customer service and honesty.

Two workers cleaned the ventilation system (sealed the system, cleaned vents and tubing throughout the house) for two units that were extremely dirty. Was shown the before and after photos inside the system and looked into the vents after cleaning to attest to how amazingly clean the ventilation system can be. The technician Youseff was excellent. They arrived a little ahead of schedule. They performed the work quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
